How We Approach Every Engagement

Reedgrove's advisory methodology begins with observation before recommendation. We take time to understand how a team's working week actually functions — not how the org chart suggests it should function — before producing any written output.

All three engagement types follow the same underlying discipline: we document what we observe, present that documentation to the client, and leave the decision-making in the hands of the leadership team. Our role is to provide a clear picture; acting on that picture is always the client's prerogative.

Observe First
Session-based listening before any writing

Hybrid Working Rhythm Note session

Hybrid Working Rhythm Note

A short engagement for Malaysian SMEs adjusting to hybrid or partly-remote teams. We sit with the leadership team, examine the calendar shape of a typical week, and produce a written rhythm note with neutral observations on meeting load, written communication patterns, and recurring touchpoints. The note is descriptive only — it records what we observe without instructing the team on what to change.

  • One structured session with the leadership team
  • Written rhythm note delivered within ten working days
  • Covers meeting load, communication patterns, recurring touchpoints
  • One round of written clarification included
How It Works
  1. 1.Intake call to agree session timing and attendees
  2. 2.Leadership session: one to two hours, structured review of the working week
  3. 3.Internal review and writing of the rhythm note
  4. 4.Delivery and written clarification window
  5. 5.Final document handed to client
Best for: SMEs, 10–80 staff First engagement

  • Two facilitated workshops with the working team

  • Closing review session with the operations lead

Shared Standards Across All Services

Practices that apply to every Reedgrove engagement, regardless of type or duration.

Written Scope Agreement

Every engagement starts with a written scope document. Signed before work begins. Clear on what is and is not included.

Client Confidentiality

Information shared with Reedgrove is not referenced in other engagements and is held under a basic confidentiality arrangement included in the scope agreement.

Schedule Adherence

Sessions start and end on time. Where timelines shift, we communicate in writing and agree a revised schedule with the client before proceeding.

Internal Document Review

All written deliverables pass through a second review before client delivery. Checked for clarity, accuracy, and scope compliance.

Post-Engagement Feedback

A written feedback request is sent after every engagement. Responses are reviewed and inform how future work is structured.

Scope Boundary Communication

If a conversation moves into employment law or HR policy territory during a session, we say so clearly and can suggest appropriate referrals.

Pricing

Published prices in Malaysian Ringgit. No discovery fees, no variable billing.
