Why Teams Work with Reedgrove

We keep the focus narrow so the work stays useful — operational clarity, not policy design.

Written, Not Verbal

All deliverables are written documents — rhythm notes, documentation references, and review summaries your team can refer back to.

Neutral Observations

Our notes describe what we observe rather than prescribe what you must do. You decide what to act on and what to set aside.

Malaysian Context

We work within the realities of Malaysian business culture — multiple working styles, mixed-language teams, and the rhythms of the local calendar.

Scope-Controlled Engagements

Each engagement has clear boundaries. We do not drift into employment law, HR policy, or performance management — keeping the work clean and manageable.

Small-Team Accessible

Our entry-level engagement suits firms of 10 to 50 people. You do not need a large operations department to benefit from clearer working rhythms.

Respectful of Your Time

Sessions are structured so they fit into working hours without displacing project work. We prepare; you show up and contribute.

Is Your Team's Week Working for Them?

A short conversation is enough to understand whether a rhythm note or documentation workshop would be a sensible next step. No obligation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about how Reedgrove works and what you can expect.

What size of organisation is a good fit for Reedgrove's services?
The Rhythm Note works well for SMEs with 10–80 staff. The Documentation Workshop suits teams of 5–30 where working knowledge is held informally. The nine-month Retainer is designed for firms that already have a functioning operations structure and want sustained advisory support across a mixed workforce.
How long does the Hybrid Working Rhythm Note take?
Usually two to three weeks from the initial session to the written note. We schedule one working session with the leadership team, carry out our review, and return the document within ten working days. There is a short round of written clarification built in if needed.
Does the advisory cover employment law or HR policy?
No. Reedgrove focuses entirely on operational practice — calendar shape, written communication, meeting design, and documentation habits. Employment law, performance management, and HR policy sit outside our scope. For those topics, we recommend consulting a qualified HR practitioner or employment lawyer.
Can we start with the Rhythm Note and move to the Retainer later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a Rhythm Note as an initial look at how their week is structured, and then decide whether a longer engagement makes sense. There is no obligation to proceed further after any engagement.
Are the workshops conducted in English or Bahasa Malaysia?
Workshops and written materials are delivered in English. Participants are welcome to discuss in Bahasa Malaysia during sessions, and we can accommodate mixed-language working environments in the documentation we produce.
What is the payment arrangement?
The Rhythm Note (RM 520) and Documentation Workshop (RM 2,200) are invoiced upfront before the engagement begins. The Retainer (RM 4,300/month) is invoiced at the start of each monthly period. Payments are by bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit.
